President Muhammadu Buhari’s official driver, Master Warrant Officer, Sa’idu Afaka, passed on on Tuesday, April 6. Afaka’s death which happened at the State House Clinic on Tuesday after a prolonged illness was disclosed by a presidential media aide, Garba Shehu. Shehu said President Buhari in a condolence message commiserated with the government and people of Kaduna, describing the late Afaka as an honest, capable, and reliable person who handled his job with utmost responsibility.
President Buhari also prayed Almighty Allah to ‘‘bless the soul of the departed with an elevated place in heavens,’’ and handed over the bereaved family to divine comfort.
