Officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA on Monday, stormed a community in Ilorin, Kwara state for an operation but they were met with fierce resistance.
A video posted online shows the moment students and members of the community trooped out enmasse to challenge the NDLEA officials.
They were said to have stood their ground against the operatives who eventually took to their heels when the crowd became overwhelming. The vehicles they left behind were said to have been damaged.
In the video clip an NDLEA official could be seen fleeing while being chased away.
The caption reads; ”NDLEA Officials today abandoned their cars and ran for their Dear Lives in ilorin after the entire Community and students they went to burst stood their ground, all their Vehicles were d*stroyed!!”
