The passengers that were carted away by bandits on the Abuja-Kaduna train have been filmed in a video which was released by the bandits.

The victims were surrounded by armed bandits in a forest, while they plead with the government to act.

The bandits in the video were holding rifles and dressed in non-combat gears, with turbans covering their faces.

In the video that was released four women were lined up: a student who identified herself as Lois John, studying Agriculture at the Kaduna State University and spoke on behalf of the women, two middle-aged women, and an older woman.

One of the middle-aged women identified herself as Gladys, an ex-staff of the Defense Industry, Kaduna.

The woman said, “What happened on Monday was needless.”

She called on the government to give a listening ear to their captors.
