In Warri, Delta State. Residents at a filling station reacted displeasure after being denied entry without paying a gate fee.
The country looks to be facing an unprecedented struggle, as a scarcity of fuel and cash continues to put a strain on citizens.
Customers who drove to a gas station to buy some fuel were supposedly halted by a “gate man” who demanded payment before anything else.
A video posted online shows the man appearing unconcerned about the consumers’ outrage.
He mocked them, encouraging them to continue filming him.
