The Deputy Governor of Akwa Ibom state, Sen. Akon Eyakenyi, has lost her daughter, Blessing.
Blessing and her husband, Olumuyiwa Adewumi, tied the knot on June 22, 2024.
According to the Leadership, Blessing d!ed from complications during childbirth in a hospital in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Condolences from State Government officials, politicians and friends have been pouring in for the bereaved family since the sad news broke on Monday night, January 27.
