A married woman has been left devastated after finding out that she’s HIV positive.
According to her, she contracted the virus despite never having had a past extramarital affair with anyone.
She took to a relationship platform to cry out as she narrated her story.
She wrote:
“Oba I cannot even tell exactly what moment this period is in my life. I feel like I should end things and let it all goto save face and my family this shame. I got a nice job 2yrs ago and its been a good addition for me my husband because he has been the one carrying the biggest financial load for about 3years. We run an
annual medical test at my work place which is for free and also covers our immediate family so I encouraged my husband to come
with our kid. Oba I swear with my entire life and of my kids that I have never cheated on my husband or tempted to just one moment
but to my amazement I am positive while every other person in my family are negative. My company has relieved me Of my job but I cannot tell my husband but instead I lied to be on leave. I cry every day once they have all left the house. I have 2 weeks to the end of my leave and still don’t know what to do. My head is blank and my
heart heavy”
