A heartbreaking story has been rounding the internet about a 12 years old girl, Karen-Happuch Aondodoo Akpagher who died out of alleged negligence by her school, Premiere Academy Lugbe, Abuja.
It was reported that she died after discharge was observed from Vigina and was found to be a condom after a lab test her urine test revealed dead spermatozoa and she died early hours of Tuesday.
