Drama As Man Writes IBEDC To Permanently Disconnect His Electricity

A letter written by an Ijebu Ode landlord asking IBEDC to permanently disconnect his electricity has gone viral.

In the letter the man asked that his electricity be permanently disconnected and electricity bills should stop coming in too.
