According to reports, a 21- storey building has collapsed in Lagos State.
The building which was under construction is located off Alexander way, Gerrard road in Ikoyi Lagos.
Arise News reports that scores of people are trapped in the rubble.
As at the time of filing this report, no one has been rescued.
