Another Thief Caught On CCTV Stealing Phones Inside A Shop In Ibadan (VIDEO)

The CCTV footage showing the moment a well-dressed man stole two phones inside a shop in Ibadan, Oyo state has been shared online. The man had come to the store pretending he wanted to buy some items. He was able to pick the phones when he distracted the shop attendant.
