Nigerian singer, Timaya was accused of knocking down a lady in Lekki yesterday and running off after the accident. In what seem like a swift action by the police, the singer was accosted in his Lekki house today and arrested.
The alleged incident happened in Lekki when a lady took to instagram to accuse Timaya of knocking down her sister and driving off. She posted a video of her sister in the hospital ward.
