In what can be described as ‘jungle justice’ has happened in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital when some irate youths set a suspected thief on fire.
We were unable to gather full details as at the time of filling this report but we learnt that the suspect was allegedly caught stealing and was set ablaze on Wednesday morning, August 24th, along Imiringi Road.
The effort to contact police proved abortive but we are still working on gathering what really caused this startling incident.
