A man was arrested after reportedly stealing a bottle of wine from a shop on Aka Etinan Road in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
The event occurred on Thursday, October 13, 2022, according to reports.
After being caught in the act, he was beaten and interrogated.
During questioning, the suspect stated that he took the alcohol to celebrate his birthday.
