A Nigerian couple has left tongues wagging after getting married in a low-key wedding.
The wedding had no fancy hall, large guests, reception etc.
Photos shared online showed the couple tied the knot in a modest ceremony.
Sharing photo, on X, sports journalist Godwin Enakhena, who attended the wedding in Ibadan, Oyo State wrote:
“You don’t need millions to get married! Mary, my Secretary at MFM Women Basketball Club, got married in Ibadan yesterday without hiring an event center, no reception, no drinks served, no musician on the bandstand, no compulsory asho-ebi. May God bless this union,” he captioned the post.
