Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Iyabo Ojo, has spoken about the dynamics of her relationship with music executive and businessman, Paul Okoye, popularly known as Paulo.
Speaking during a recent interview on TVC’s Your View, the mother of two shared that although she and Paulo are in a committed relationship, they have no intention of getting married.
Ojo emphasized the importance of personal space and privacy in their relationship, revealing that whenever she feels the need to be alone, she simply returns to her own home and Paulo respects that.
“Because of the way I work, I am such a workaholic, and he is also a workaholic. That Igbo man likes to work,” she said. “For me, there are times when I want to be alone, and I just pack my bags and return to my house. We never fight over that because he understands.”
Clarifying the nature of their relationship, Iyabo added, “We don’t want marriage.”
