The heartbreaking incident was captured in a video posted by @prosperugg on TikTok.
In the now-viral TikTok video, the lady, whose identity remains unknown, arrives at the scene blindfolded.
In a follow-up video shared by @prosperugg, the man is captured on his knees, proposing to the lady as he holds the flower.
The incident turned sour as the lady threw away the flower, leaving the man heartbroken.
However, another lady tried to stop her from leaving the scene, she eventually left.
