A video showing controversial content creator and street DJ Ademola Abiodun, popularly known as DJ Chicken, at a police station has gone viral, drawing mixed reactions from social media users.
The clip surfaced amid the entertainer’s ongoing legal battle over allegations relating to threatening remarks directed at Seyi Tinubu, the son of President Bola Tinubu.
In the viral video shared on TikTok by user @ayomido27, DJ Chicken was seen seated at a desk wearing a white singlet as he appeared to write a statement.
Unlike his usual energetic and outspoken personality on social media, the content creator looked calm and quiet throughout the clip.
The video was accompanied by captions that read, “Very humble” and “See as my baby humble,” with the uploader appearing to joke about the contrast between his online persona and his appearance at the police station.
The footage quickly gained attention across social media platforms, with many users commenting on DJ Chicken’s subdued facial expression.
While some people mocked the entertainer over his appearance, others urged the public not to rush to judgment, noting that his legal case is still before the court.
DJ Chicken was arrested following a viral video in which he allegedly made threatening remarks against Seyi Tinubu.
He was subsequently arraigned before an Ikeja Magistrate Court on charges including alleged threats to life, publication of offensive material online and conduct likely to cause a breach of public peace.
The content creator pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Following his arraignment, the court granted DJ Chicken bail with conditions that must be met before his release.
However, the conditions were not immediately fulfilled after the court proceedings, meaning he remained in custody as the legal process continued.
The case has continued to attract widespread attention online, with some social media users calling for his release while others await the outcome of the court proceedings.
