Some supporters reportedly hired to dance, cheer and campaign for the All Progressives Congress (APC) have expressed frustration over the payment they allegedly received after spending the entire day at the campaign event.
According to the supporters, they were made to dance, chant and mobilise for the party throughout the day, only to reportedly receive ₦1,500 each at the end of the exercise.
The development has sparked mixed reactions, with some questioning whether the amount was fair compensation for a full day of campaigning, while others described the situation as disappointing.
Videos and comments circulating online show some of the alleged participants complaining bitterly about the payment, insisting that the long hours of dancing and campaigning deserved better compensation.
