A heartbreaking video of a distraught businessman breaking down in tears after his shop was ransacked in Ijesha, Osun State, has gone viral on social media, drawing widespread sympathy from Nigerians across the country.

In the emotional footage, the visibly devastated man is seen surveying the wreckage of his business premises, weeping uncontrollably as he struggled to come to terms with the scale of the loss inflicted on him by the burglars.

“I am finished. This is all I have. Please come to my aid. I don’t know what to do,”
he cried out in the video, his words cutting through the hearts of many who watched and shared the clip online.

According to the businessman, the thieves made away with mobile phones, laptops, and various computer accessories from his shop. In what appears to have been a particularly calculated act, the burglars also attacked and destroyed the safe he kept on the premises, emptying it of every naira stored inside.

The full extent of the financial loss sustained by the victim had not been quantified at the time of filing this report. He has, however, appealed to Nigerians to assist him in identifying and tracking down the perpetrators responsible for what he described as the destruction of everything he had worked for.

The incident has sparked an outpouring of sympathy and support online, with many social media users sharing his video and calling on security agencies in Osun State to move swiftly to investigate the burglary and bring those responsible to justice.
