On August 28, at Peter Obi’s campaign event, a man proposed to his girlfriend in a video that has since gone viral on social media.
In Onitsha, the supporters, most of whom were young people held a march in support of Peter Obi, the Labour Party Presidential candidate.
The march is part of the support for the Obi/Datti 2023 presidential ticket.
In Auchi (Edo State), Makurdi (Benue State), Afikpo (Ebonyi State), and Port Harcourt, it is believed that similar marches took place.
Taking advantage of the march to express his undying love, the yet to be identified man asked for his lover’s hand in marriage at the cheers of other participants at the rally.
The lady who had everyone in tension, replied yes to the ‘popped’ question.
Sharing the clip, Twitter user, AfaDeluxo tweeted; ‘‘Them don engage one sweet Obidient babe for Peter Obi Onitsha rally o.”
